Frequently Asked Questions
Will SkyRun 2020 take place?
If I have an entry for SkyRun 2020 and don’t want to complete, what can I do?
As a general guideline, we would like to ask people who are entered for the SkyRun 2020 that do not want to run in 2020 for any reason please consider carrying your entry over to the following year.
We do currently accept refunds at 50% until 31st of July as per our refunds policy.
Can I resell my entry?
You will be able to sell your entry on privately to someone else, we do however need both parties to include us in doing so, so we can have a record of who the entry will be going to and get all the relevant details. Without this, we will not recognise the new runner as official. We do charge a R300 substitution fee. Please contact entries@skyrun.co.za to start this process.
Can I upgrade/downgrade my SkyRun entry?
We do allow upgrades and downgrades of entries if space is available in the race you wish to upgrade/downgrade to. We charge an R300 fee for the upgrade or downgrade.
If you are upgrading your entry you will need to pay the difference in the entry fee.
If you are downgrading you will NOT receive any refund on the difference in the entry fee.
